Hi, when it comes to wheels etc i dont have a clue and was hoping that someone could help me with recommended sizes etc for some new alloys, and a maximum size, my current wheels are 155/70 r13 75t (they are the standered polo mk4 wheels at the mo)

The standard upgrade route for you, keeping over all tyre diameter in the limits (so speedo reads properly, etc) is

165/60-14"

185/55-14"

195/45-15"

195/40-16"

Personally, unless you plan on lowering by quite a bit and also spending a bit on alloys/ tyres I reckon 14" or 15" are the best options unless you wanna go wide and Euro look.
