Featured Replies

I’m just wondering I’ve got a set of bbs rims and I’m going to be lowering the car about 60mm, is that a fine height or should it be lower?? Their 15's by the way.. They’re on my mk5 01model

Cheers!! I herd that its illegal to have da wheels stickin out from the body work.... in that case would it be better to widen the arches as well a bit? I mean tints t.v ect… is all illegal and I’ve got them all but sumthink tht stands out like that wanna be sure, driving around Brixton, mitcham I get pulled regularly for "routine checks" lol and have 6points already on my license, don’t want 2give them another excuse to pull me!!

I will be selling my 17’s soon as well…

It's illegal to drive with your tyre tread out further than your arches. Wheels should be fine.

kl

the tyre size will be important...

thick tyres and it'll rub...regardless of wheel size, etc

With 195/45-15, 80mm drop should be ok
