well the mechanism didnt work, so i fiddled it and it had seized, now basically it goes down free enough but going up is a bastard, it just seizes and stops, after examining it, basically the motor is fine, runs ok, but the problem i think is the runners are out, the front one leads and the back one is too low, so obviously it aint gunna get anywhere, what i dont get it they are all fixed points, cable to runners etc, so how is it possible?

i have attached some images to get a better idea, as it is a bit of a head fook!

it could have stretched, but not by a good inch i cant see possible? I've just got it in pieces now, there are some tension spring bits on the motor drive, I'm hoping i can pop that off and tweak it that extra inch or half inch to the level it out...

Have you made sure the glass it fitted onto the runner properly? Very common problem is the clip on the back of the runner clip lol if that makes sence?

i sheered both these clips but have botched them for the time being, all how they should be...
