I got a good price from Norwich union when I first started driving (they give u an introductory no claims bonus) . So long as you dont mind the indian call centres!

Norwich Union is complete rubbish though if you have an accident. Took over 2 months for them to send the cheque for my grandads car after it got written off.

I had a good deal with Sainsburys when I first passed. I know loads that got really good prices with ASDA if they had a Pass Plus. Try Confused.com too.

quin direct  what ever u do dont go any were nere tesco  they have poo service

for my first insurer i went with direct line i had a 1l mk3 polo and i think i paid £500 somethin and i'm still with them now and i have been drivin for just over a year and now my insurance is down to £400 and somethin.

CIS werent too bad, good for mods too!

I was with norwich union, they were ok, didnt have to claim tho, when i did on my first car they did take ages to sort it out!

What mods did you declare? I'm with them right now as a named driver but havn't modified my car much bar indicators etc but I havn't told them about them.

do a search on confued or something take the best quote knock 100 off and start ringing round the only way to get the best deal imo

quinn , direct line are normaly good but just ring round and make them battle against each other
