Yeah by the looks of it you just take the old ones off. Sandwich the bar with the new blocks put the metal plate on the bottom and bolt it back onto the car. Then place the clamps on the inside of the new blocks (I think!)

The metal circle things? I thought those were the clamps that stop the Bar moving through the block :)

they came to me exactly as the picture shows, and max's advice about the metal cirular bits seems like the right idea.

OOOPSS!! :puke:

sorry for being arsey but you suould have no probs fitting. just make sure you pull the arb forwards not back and it is easyer done with both wheels in the air

No, I meant the metal bush inserts through the green nylon. They didn't used to come with them, they've always had the clamps to stop the ARB sliding from side to side.

I got sweeties too, Thorston always seems to put them in

Not everyone is a head gasket fitting demon though, so worth while apology. They are tricky to get apart, I gave up and popped them back in the box to try later once I had some spinach.

Ahhhh ok :-D

The bushes pop out the blocks pretty easily with a bench vice + 8mm socket...
