Today I went to Paris for the day, to cover an trade show called EquipAuto. I spent most of the day in press conferences or interviewing people but I did manage to do some tourist snaps while I was wandering around. Here's some stuff that caught my eye. Sadly I didn't have my proper camera with me, so the quality's wank.

Not usually my sort of thing but I thought this was fucking cool. 300C in matte orange!

Hiawge turbo on the Garrett stand, it was spooling and everything. Sadly neither size, movement, nor the pretty blue uplighting is visible in the pic. Ah well.

Another funky matte car, this was more yellow, but with an orange tint. They were selling models of it free with toolkits.

30" wheel, just to show this company's wheel balancing machine can deal with donks.

25" wheel being balanced, sadly they weren't doing demonstrations while I was there but they'd fitted the tyre to the 30" a few hours previously

I'm not usually into that American rubbish but I have to admit they look pretty good. Specially that 300c. Normally I have to pull over and take a wee there that funny.

Well, you know... France this week, Germany next week, Brugge in a 300C a few weeks after that... can't fault it really. Beats answering telephones in a high school, which is what I was doing a year ago.
