yeh but dont i need a spring compressor ??

No

the springs have a bolt that keeps them compressed, so youl simple slide them out once youv un done the necassary bolts..wich is about 3 if i remmeber correctly.

The new coil's will require you to put them under tension..to do this you simply tighten the top nut and thats it.

Very simple i promise

Its a simple unbolt on and off job. It took me about 2-3 hours. The only pain is getting the height right, which a garage couldnt do anyway as its a personal thing... :smirk:

Open the bonnet, pull the plastic cap off the strut top, and you'll see the nut you need to undo. You'll need a tool to keep the shaft from spinning while you're undoing it.
