:paranoid:

nah i dropped em with wayne this afternoon when we got the wing! 8-)

the tyres catch like chuff now so spacing them out wont really help matters will it!

some completely flat centre caps need sorting i think! will make them look heaps better!

those speed bumps are gayner! there are so many like that near me so glad they are all the side streets being a mill town and i dont have to uuse them all that often, saying that craig u know how shit the main roads are near me, mini roundabout heaven and all the roads are sunken / cracked...then bodged up again like a patchwork quilt!  :retard:

i think i would too craig, at least u kinda know when they are coming, and in set intervals rather than.. crash bump pothole, crash bump raised manhole! gets right on my tits! :x

it is a classic case in my borough (same with most i imagine) that come a certain time of year local councils spend all their budget that they have so scrupulously saved and penny pinched all yr just in case. (not sure what this would be, maybe a champagne bash for all the bods high up on the council!)

Then when the end of the financial yr approaches and they have loads left, they think oh shit we better spend it else we wont get the same amount the following yr!

so out they come in their droves not knowing properly where key infrastructure needs vital repairs. (remember the council have had no time to plan as they have to spend there budget quickly ) So it begins... workers are ordered dig up roads causing bother left right and centre filling in cracks, patching up bits and bobs where they can and more than likely in prominent places to give the impression they are actually aiding motorists.

So come the end of budget, the council seem to think they have done a great job as they have spent up patching in the whole of my borough here and there with what i would imagine was a team of blind men when you can still see how bad the roads are after these so called repairs.1

Result: leave me with my gangsta low car and a full road network with more bumps than i can shake a stick at! so considerate!

these kind of patchy jobs down the line break up and end up in a worse state of repair!

it really grinds my gears! :retard:

*rantover* and breathe!

tyres are a 195/45 over a 7 inch rim, i have the same on my 15s. it is low profile but with the safety of actually having alot of surface contact on ground which after all what they are there for

Lancs roads are Shit!

hi all, only just finshed work so fote id pop on.

cheers for the replys  some mixed reactions but thats what i like to see.

will be raising it up a notch or two tomos, losing the flaps (as they r literaly 5mm off the floor!!!!) and also cleaning her cos shes a dirty beatch at the mo.

as far as the tires go, am happy how the look and sit so will be keeping the size just need shining up abit.

alloy wise....I've loved these wheels since before i had the 8v and just had to have them, i love, some dont that ok with me. the do look a little like the standard wheels but the pictures dont really show the dish. i am going to try and source some flat caps or get some made up

mike: I'm going on hol next fri so if i have the cash I'm going to leave it while i go away then i can stick it on when i get home, if not it will be gettin done asap after i get home.

Looking good Taylor,
