Not sure what it was really, I was travelling down a dual carriageway on the way to work this morning when I went past a van on the verge with Traffic something or other on the side.

Ever seen those Mobile cctv vans the police have for town centres and that? Well it looked like one of those. but instead of one camera on the roof, and one on an extendable mast, it had two extendable mast's. It appeared that one was pointing at southbound traffic while the other was pointing at northbound, but it could have been one for each lane of northbound. The camera's on top looked like normal cctv camera's, but appearances are often decieving aren't they,

What do you reckon, anyone heard of another new type of speed camera?

I hope its not a new/better speed camera. grrrr

pretty sure it's road surveying (was it a smart car)

its either that or its for TAX/MOT

Should of got a photo

I saw some unmarked cars today full of cameras parked deviously behind a wall coming out of town. Both cars had men sat in them with flurescent jackets on. I assume they were road surveyors.
