how do you take the front wings off a 6N?

i've found out why the repeater won't go back on, the little plastic springy thing has snapped off, it looks like it did so some time ago. so it's an excuse to get me some new, clear ones :)

i still need to know though, how do you take the front wing off? is it a big job? or even possible?

i expect its very possible. There'll most likely be 3 or 4 screws along the top of the wing under the bonnet. As for where the rest of them are, i can't help i'm afraid!

Youve got five on the top I think, one at the front and 2 at teh back, you'll also need to undo all the screws holding on the plastic ggaurd thing.

Good old hanyes will tell you where and how though

thats whats annoying! haynes doesn't even have the wings listed in the index or anything! diddly squat!

I unscrewed the 5 on the top and undid all the wheel arch ones.. still felt held on pretty tight though..
