mines on coilovers all the way down i dnt have the prob that much just massive speed bumps :x

If you keep lowering Dan

Then the ARB will be in almost permanent contact with that corner

the noise will then go away

Hope that helps

Yep as Jez said. Mine just sits on it alllllllll the time. So no knocking noise

snap,,,mines just sat on it,,,only on the n/s though..

cant be doing any good really!

I'm down 100mm but its not that bad.

To be honest iv not even had the chance to drive my car at all really in the 2months iv owned it! only downt he street and back

...Now wondering how bad my knockig is going to be lol

Why dont u try bonding a peice of rubber of some sort, to stop the metal on metal contact :)

Maybe an old bush or suspension top mount would do the trick for this?...

NO! NO MORE PIKEY MODS !!

Get back to your scaffhold tubing, haven't you got a front arb to make ? :-p

I dont see any harm in a small peice of rubber to stop metal on metal contact..? Someithng the size of 10p coin would be ideal

i wrapped mine in some tough rubber

took a while and it jus ate through it

mines like dave's and jez's ...nicely tucked up against it...but i did grind a flat area to try and clear it which would probably work on you are girlfriends car as it only just seems to be hitting 8-)

Ah shame, thought it might have worked quite nicely.
