Well, i have finally discovered that Meguires Clay stuff... i've never seen the car shine like it does now....

You need to get your rear lights re-tinted though by the looks of it :-)

I was cynical about clay bars but then I used one on my Lupo and it did make a difference. Had a much nicer cleaner shine to it.

where can you get it from? want to give my car a good clean before i tuck it up

Think you can get it from halfrauds but I'm not 100% sure.

Car is looking lovely though I've got that stuff kicking around somewhere I'll have to find it and give mine a go :)

that wee polo is minted,love it,but i just cant get my head around these bras/bibs or wotever they are,i dont know what everybody else thinks ,but ther not for me,it ruins the look of the car,it makes it look like its got mandy dingles boob sling on

Its pistachio green, looks nothing like the bluey green colour you get in pictures in real life, looks much better

The 2nd one under the lighting is the closet shad of green to real life :-D

Bodywork always feel much better after claying. Try it on your lights and glass too btw, it can come up a treat

Yes indeed... LD6D is the way forward!!!!!

Arches are now pulled slightly too to accommodate new lowness when time permits.. and lower strut brace needs to come off for that too which will be effort!

... and the Bra thing isn't to everyones taste.. but it does actually have a practical use as i commute 50 miles a day mainly on motorway so it has saved my paintwork from at least some stone chips... Once the bumper and grille are re-done i'll get a full-face bra... very... erm.... euro... LOL

Rear lights definately need re-doing.. although i'm tempted by a change but not sure what yet...
