i want my clocks to look like Tejs or even like Polo_M's in the for sale section.

Look on the DIY section on Uk Polo's, i just had a look and I just dont think they will come out anything like theirs because they are LED lit! (unless yours are aswell)

no mine arent, might be a case of whipping out a soldering iron

If they are the same as the earlier dials on a mk4 Polo (same as mine so id say yes) then its just a case of a couple of twist fit bulbs.

which means with some jiggery pokery you should be able to take a live and negative off the fitting and put some LEDs in there

i dont know though

could be more hassle than it's worth, i want a good looking dash though

If they are the same dials as mine i only needed two, the only problem was tht the clock and mileage were still green

i think the clock and mileage are LEDs, even in the old dials

mine goes up to 140mph, and yours are 120mph i think, shouldn't be much difference behind them though

They were an absolute bastard and would def not recommend it!!!!

If anyone needs 2x LED bulbs for the earlier style polo clocks drop me a PM. I bought some in error off ultraleds.co.uk. I have the newer clocks so these are useless to me!

i've noticed the knobs are in a different order... does that mean the actuating cables in the back have to be moved?

was that the hardest part??
