More suspension Problems

Featured Replies

After the trouble with my suspension before i've now got new ball joints etc but i've now got another problem too.

I put one of my rears on today and considering it's supposed to be an 80/60 kit or 80/80 (not too sure cant really remembe) it looks almost standard ride height. It looks just like phil j's kit for the mk3 coupe. Can anyone work out what i'm doing wrong. images below of how it's sittin.

I just want it to sit nicely on my shiny wheels

Thanks Folks

If its the rears that are giving you issues it might just be that you haven't got the adjuster rring on the right setting so its sitting higher up that it should.

Also, maybe masking up the windows and lights might be an idea next time you paint the car

lol yeah i know it'll come out it's still gotta be sprayed properly tho so it's getting a full overhaul

erm I'm having a bit of a dense night do i need the adjuster rings on the top or the bottom of the six settings. take it it's the bottom

i know it doen't look really low, but that is no way like standard ride height!

Spring mounting cup on the wrong way up?

Mines 80mm on the back and it sits not that far off where mine is *remembers to go check (in the morning)*
