isnt it great having a car before you get your licence! i got my first polo when i was 16 and it gave me a bit of time to learn about the car and pimp it up

its a 84' on mini washer bottle thats been relocated in the medikit hole, the pump fits streight in and works great there is a bracket being made to fasten it to the strut top and to the floor but i haven't got a pic of that as ist getting painted :ninja::thumbsup:

gearbox loom mount bracket thing, boredom strikes again and the polishing flex kicks in

and a quick polish of the boot mount, this was 1000 wet and dry will be done properly when i have time.

Comments are greatly appreciated as always people. cheers

Car's coming along nicely mate, wish i had the patience to clean my car as much as meticulously as you do, are the black mirrors from a 6N2 Polo and were they hard to fit. Cheers

cheers mate, its time really not hard work or anything just time... and yeah mate they are of a mk5 well they are stubbies so from a german offside and uk nearside they are also REALLY easy to fit, they use the std mounts well the ones on a 6n anyway.

here is a wiring thing you need to swop around:

clicky

what I'm going to do is go the scrappers get mk4 mirror wiring and mk5 wiringa need merge them so i dont have to chop the cars loom or the mirror loom, will also be better selling them and swopping back to std if the time comes. i haven't fitted mine yet as i dont have a nearside mirror but when i do they will be on mate.

as i used the rear wiper hose connected to the washer bottle on the wiper end (pulled back through the boot out into the boot space and the end that is on the std washer bottle under the bonnet is now connected to the front washer jets I've had no need for a rear wiper...soooo:

Where did you get the smooth wiper blank bro?

And how did you attach it, glue?

i made it mate... plastic welded and a skim of filler.. sorted :p

and its fastened on with silicon and around the edge is trim repair tape stuff u buyt form halfords £4.99 a roll iirc its 3m long but its damn good stuff.

just do what i did and temporarily fill the hole with blue tack, and colour it in black :)

dont worry fillers coming out at the weekend ;)

right as its been a long time since an update and as my uploading craving was too great i did this :p ......

I've got to the stage of thining where i need some more unique things on the car, so after looking around i found this on someones thread so i changed the colours to my design and came up with these. which one does everyone prefer as i am undeceided.

None of them! Sorry but your car is clean and fresh so you need a clean and fresh design (or nothing at all maybe)

hmm good point mate, any ideas on designs  I'm fresh out of them...

opinions please anyone :p i still cant decide on th\t petrol cap design I'm swaying to the baby yellowy coloured one as its abit subtler. or non atall as ste sais... it clutters it.

Looks great!

Are the wheels MIMs?
