do they make the wheels stick out a god bit more, are they strong enough

does anyone advise the use of them

they look ok. but although they work out abot £25 each, they got to add the shipping and tax, so probably easier to getsome in europe. think h&r do the 4x100 to 4x108 adapters. will be top quality too
