As always Dan, got some stock pilied......you must be doing pretty much the same thing as I did

Should be the same as a mk1 Gti. I found that the short shaft is the same length as my 1300 one, but the long shaft is around 8mm shorter. The CV's are the same as long as they are 90mm.

Agree, the other thing to watch Dan is you need to either use your current Caddy outer CV joints on the Rocco shafts or whatever you choose unless you change the hubs otherwise they will bind....I just rebuilt mine with new 90mm inners & rebuilt outers.
