Clean 8-)

Plans sound good!

looks sweet, did you spray the badges while they were on the car? just mask it off ect.. or did you take them off?

Its alot easier to take the back badge off its just stuck on, not sure about the front one as I've never had one!

As for the lowering (40mm) and Cups.....

p.s nice polo

you should be fine with speedbumps mate. I'm 70mm and there are loads of speedbumps in Milton Keynes..no problem at all....However, when i wind her back down to 10mm with slimmer tyres..they shall be! lol

Id invest in coilovers to be honest...u cna get the height just right that way..rather than being stuck with a car thats on stilts if its not low enogh..kind of like above ( No offence)

i just masked them up and then sprayed mate, couldnt be arsed to remove it all. As long as you mask it up and put paper all aroudn your sorted and it comes out well good.

yeah i think if I'm going to lower it id lower it to at least 50 or 60mm drop and invest in coilovers as then can get the righ theigh ti want.

Thanks for the advice

head unit: wen u take off the face off off, theres some little screws, undo them and the plastic shield should come off...i then manages to prize mine out..then with the cage just bend the pins back with a flathead! i think thats how i did mine! nice polo...what U wanna do with it sounds kool!
