is there a trick to removing all the glass on a mk3 breadvan?

got a haynes and all they say is that it shoud only be attempted by professionals

Lookign at getting the rear quarters perspexed. but all the windows need to come out anyway as it's going in for a sprayjob soon

I'll be taking my rear windows out tonight, I'll take pics on how to get them out. Easier than explaining

The way I've done it is with 2 people- one lies down in the car with their feet flat on the glass at the top and just push- they should pop free and the other person can catch the glass.

you can do it on your own if you prise the rubber seal over the lip of the bodyshell from the inside of the car.

thats how a 'professional windcreen fitter' did mine.

its embarrassingly simple to do. cant believe I paid some body to do it
