try euro car parts, i got a 16v bumper brand new unpainted for around £50. didnt get the grills for it tho, so need to find grills for it. but worth it.

just been looking on that eurocarparts and when looking for a front bumper there is a 'sports version'? is that the 16v or not?

yep that is the one mate, sports version. that is the 16v bumper. howeverr you dont get the grills for it that go on the bumper and the that thin bit of plastic lip which is grey underneath at the bottom of the bumper which clips on , the lip spoiler bit. but yeh that is the 16v bumper.
