thanks again for the comments. I'm really surprised by people's reactions on here. i'll eventually get round to weldin up a set of steels to pimp about on. just havnt the time atm :p

yea philly had the handles planned for a while myself. a guy over here has his bora handle recesses smoothed and thats what put it in my head. i love your polo (along with the likes of poundies and walshc's old ones) so the comments mean alot. i'll fire up some handle pics tomorrow evening for yous. if you want to know any more just PM me you email address and i'll add u on msn.

i welded the recess up then smoothed over it. you have to buff the back of the handle down slightly too. from start to finish smoothing the two wings and two doors took around 3 hours. I'm from Craigavon in Co. Armagh. just off the M1.

there is a mark 3 breadvan in this colour finished off with black steels and stuff and it looks the absolute dogs bollocks :) i want it

i've been sick this last while so haven't been up to much. I'm currently starting on doin more stuff to the polo so expect a few updates soon. and philly i promise handle pics this time. sorry haven't got doin it yet.

*edit* look out for the new fast car. my friend's white euro style clio is on the cover along with a few pics of my polo and our club's over cars

nah lads the clio's juiced. yea the paint isn't that durable. its not easy chipped just easy scratched and marked. when i get my hands on some more of the paint I'm respraying the car then lacquering it with a matte lacquer so it looks the say but will be durable. i've ordered a new splitter and then camber and arches rolled. interior work is starting. I'm actually trimming a few parts right now so i'll have pics of that soon too

i've started to trim parts of the interior. the a,b and c pillars and roof lining will be trimmed in alcantara and i'll get the seats done when i can afford it. the roof and pillars I'm doin myself. the pic below shows one pillar done but theres a pull in the bottom of it so it will be re-done.

next is the new splitter. it's off a vr6 but it was surprisingly easy to fit using a heat gun on the sharper corners. i'll put up a how to if anyone wants it

next i've to finally roll the arches, space the front wheels and get my plates which have been sitting in the post office from friday :( also gona respray the car and lacquer it with matte lacquer to prevent any we scratches or scrapes again.

NICE, not 100% sure on the indicators though i think they lok abit poor in comparison tot eh lovely car! its something diffearnt and i love it!

the indicators will be changed to clear eventually. local halfords fucked me about (the one time i'd order something through them)

well was bored tonite and thought i'd take a few pics of my friend jonny's polo and my own. i love his car. makes me want a 5door so bad. he's currently waitin for a need splitter like mine for his bumper. got my german plates too and re-waxed my roof so its now black again i seriously need spacers on my front wheels :(

like your car mate, well with a anck extra on the front or spacers i think it would be perfect! theres something about your mates though... i love 5 doors but for some reason i dont like that i just cant work out why!

I'm the opposite. i usually hate 5doors but i love his. infact id swap cars with him in the morning. my next plans have to be to get my arches rolled and space the fronts when i get my paint. anyone know a good size tyre that will his at least some sort of stretch on a 17x7 rim? i need to stop taking pics and start working on the polo again. uni ends on two weeks so it begins then

both looking cool man, the 5 door one actually looks really well on the starmags, only thing i'd suggest is loose the mudflaps!

that 5 door would look better with clear front indicators, i have some if he needs them? :)

also it needs the zorst straightening :)
