I've just bought a strut brace for my 6n but neither me or the seller no how to fit it so can soemone give me some tips and how to's please :-D

of the strut or engine area where its being fitted?

have you tryed offering it up in the engine bay?? but i think you will have to drill some holes yourself and get some bolts and bolt it up! thats the only way i can see one fitting a 6n as there is nothing to bolt it to on the strut top!

thanks mate, well its not in the post yet lol.. but as soon as i get it I'm sure it will all become clear I've just been out to clean the engine area and noticed there is NOTHING to mount it to so I'm guessing when i swop for coilies i iwll have to fit it then

i noticed there are soem random screws coming through the struts and have just been wondering if they fit on these but then thought they wouldnt be strong enough?

it may fit to thoses stud thing but like you said they wouldn be that strong so bolting it ups the only i can ever see it fitting and atually doing anything other than looking shiney!

well tbh thats all i bought it for lol the car is never going to be going fast anywhere afterall its only a diesel... adn when i get it i will have a tinker... or i might pm Becky-b as i remember she said she was fitting one

I'd like to know also as I haven't got a scooby-do!

Upper and lower struts for the 6n but came with no instructions.

where abouts did you get your lower mate? and where abouts does it go on the car? any ideas atall mine hasent come yet so i haven't tried it but as soon as it comes i will try it and PM you if you haven't already found out :D

They came as a set off eBay. I sold poundie the one you're getting and then I saw this set on eBay for a good price so I got them. I didn't fit the one you're getting but I do know that you'll have to drill the suspension turrets...I think. My lower one I don't really know where it fits.
