My tag is there so no mag nicks them.

Yeah the lens is really good. If it had a bit more zoom on it, it would be perfect.

might seem slow on the ball but that's fuckin tight of anyone to steal somebody else's photos, that's why i kinda prefer film, i've always got the original photo

digital is good to though lol, as seen by dave's, tejs, and many others photos (hence why some deem it necessary to use them)

to stop Dave's post going off track ill give a final rundown...

Unity Media (Performance BMW) decided to 'borrow' my photos from www.e36coupe.com/forum, which i posted as i was there with a good mate, from a local meet. These ended up published in their magazine over a two page spread (September 2007), 14 images to be exact. All of them had been edited to remove my signature...well all except one!After a long email i got a call from the Editor & Publisher offering a poor story and half of what the going rate is...under the circumstances id expect at least the going rate if not more!..well after a bit of an argument with the Publisher he said just send an invoice...which i did at the beginning of august...since then he wont get back to me and nor can i get through to him!..but its down to the courts as of today..

moral of the story...if you recognise pics in a mag that you have seen on a forum...then tell the person who posted them up!... some people are thievin them and makin a livin off other peoples work! i spent the day takin pics...then editing them to get em nice...then posted em up...not for someone to make an easy living!
