mk2 and mk3 windscreens are the same, but some are tinted and some arnt

get yourself the cheapo rac cover! they will replace the window for about £60 fitted which aint too bad!

Are the windows green tinted?

give VAG a ring I got a brand new green tint windscreen for £60...easy enough to fit it urself too...just takes a bit of patience
