can i put 16" wheels with 215/40/16 tyres on my polo 6n2? or i can only put 16" wheels with 195/40/16?

You won't get away with 215's on 16's honey. I tried 215's on 15's and they caught really badly at full lock.

You do realise that at 70mph you'll actually be doing 75mph due to the increased diameter of you wheels. Mr Policeman and his speed trap will love you.

At 30 mph you'll be doing near 33mph, which is enough to set off most GATSOs.

Very risky.....

Anything greater than 194/45 on a 16" will put your speedo under, ie you'll be going faster in reality than you speedo indicates, unless you can get a 195/35 profile tyre. So, 205, 215, etc on 40 or 45 profile should be avoided.

The opposite is also true, but thats not such and issue as you'll be going slower in reality.
