i can't believe how expensive it is to transfer a number plate and put it on retention 105 quid :crybaby: got to get it done tomoro cos sold the mk4 and gonna be gettin a mk5 :unibrow: , but seems i aint got one yet I've gotta pay another 25quid for retention :thumbsdown:

ye i had to put mine on retention today! £105 is mad...but i guess they think if you afford a private plate you afford to pay it

tell me about it, 7 days for a transfer and the 3-6weeks until the v5 comes back takes the mick so cant sell car until that arrives back so can't get a gti yet :(
