Main reason I'm going to the leeds meet is for the drive

Cant really be doing with motorways, plus the m62 will probs still be loaded (fully loaded - Yousaf ) at this time, so I've drawn out a little route over the hills of Oldham

See what you think of this, if you fancy it then make it known

Meet at Frakie and Benny`s in Salford quays (M5 2ST) at around half 6, quarter to 7 ish - leaving between quarter to 7 to 7 ish

Then the route goes like this....

Looks a good route but won't be able to leave home until half six so going to miss this convoy I think, going to have to get stuck on the m62 instead

how low is your sump from the ground? I'm sure its not as bad as walshies old hustler as i doubt yours in on 15s?

boo at m62 traffic, becks get the tank treads on the old olop and the traffic will pose no problemo!!!

These sumps are made for scraping, and scrapings what they`ll do

One of these days these sumps are gonna scrape all over you!! :-D

Nah its not THAT bad dude, there are a one or two bad bumps, but if go slow over them you`l be right, i used to caaaiiiin my old polo over that way (slammed with a 1.8T = low sump/dpwnpipe) and never did any damage

I've got a idea if you can get to here for 7? we should be passing about this time

Head to birch services on the m60

Come off at j18 and stay in right hand lane, go right at roundabout and join the m60 (E&S i think)

Stay on the motorway and come off at j23

stay in the left hand lane and join the A635

You`ll see West End Park (church) on the right with a police station opposite

Go past the police station and follow the road round the park (one way system)

Turn right up the road against the church, wait there untill we arrive, we`ll do the same circle as you o its easyer to just pick up and carry on, saves waiting around somewhere and a few cars turning in the road
