Was a good meet and lots of nice cars showed up. Shame on the limited polo presence and also getting blocked in for a good hour or so!!

Next time need to get the polos in earlier so we can get some parking spaces that aren't in the bushes round the back. Some nice cars there as well.

Loads of people is better than not enough though. Some nice cars turned up.

You should see the paint on the blue mk2.....metallic flake and it looks perfect. Interior is retrimmed in brown leather. I never thought blue and brown would go but hey.....proof right there.

My fave cars that were there were the two jettas. I love any jetta though.

Good meet and a nice pub too which was good to go in to get away from the night air....fooking freezing.

Not something you said just poor timing. We had been there for ages before that anyways. I finally got the chance to get my car out so i did!! There were lots of carpark space but everyone seemed to be parked around one little spot. Need another generator and some more lights i believe. Might catch us at the meet next time. Car looked good too :-)

It wasnt a show, it was a meet, and I'm surprised if many people other than simmy got told where to park - its only because vick and him have some strange love-hate relationship which is way more wierd than anything I've seen before lmao. Could go lower tho simmy And to this end there were awards, but i am told they were deliberately not given to any 'show cars' as such cause it gets boring when the same people walk away with the prizes.

It was a fantastic meet. The reason the lighting wasnt the best, was because the floodlights in the car park had died and the pub owner kindly paid out to hire some so we could still hold the meet. Apologies to those who couldnt show off their amazing camera skills properly, no need to bitch if you don't know whats going on tho! At the end of the day it was the first time at a new location, there may well be teething problems like lighting and parking spaces, but I'm sure they can be resolved in the future.

The car park had 135 spaces - with the level of interest in this, anyone turning up after 8.30 can't really expect to find the best parking spot in the world. The pub was still open for business as usual, just the owner kindly agreed not to kick us out of his place! There aren't many places in leeds besides the Dub Pres location where you can just turn up with 80-odd cars and mingle round for hours without getting hassle.

If you didnt make it this time, you really should make the effort to go to the next, as it looks to be a hell of a meet if things carry on like this.

And sorry it was so brief sally, we had been there moer than 2 hours and everyone bar me was freezing their tits off, so time to leave. Hopefully get chance to catch up properly next time!

Thanks to all who made the trip for making it such a great night, was gutted i couldnt hang around all night but so be it. Hopefully will have my own ride there next time round! Anytime you want to get down and dirty (with the car) max just give me a shout! can show you the pikeytech induction kit lmao...
