Bit of an grey area this one, been asked the question many times before and i'm not sure myself.

Bought of 8bit-ash off here, he seemed to think it came off ebay.de. Looks very much like the phil j jobbies, but he doesn't sell this type of tailpipe design.

Yep it looks rather low, managed to get a qwick pic with my phone when i was at work.
