Have you have the other one smoothed over?

If not and the holes and still there for a handle then it will fail.

I'm planning on smoothing all of them over bar the driver side yeah..

would it not look funny with 1 door handle ? ;] lol

If your gonna smooth one, then you may aswell do them both

Doesn't look silly imo

Yeah they would lol..all I know is i definetly don't need 4 handles :p

You can shave ALL your handles off aslong as you have a safe and easy access to entry from the outside of the car!

So basically if you roll the car and the fireman have 30 seconds before the car goes BLAM! theyve got to have a way of getting into the car, so no key fob's only, you got to have push buttons on the car aswel!

If your just smoothing your rear handles i think thats fine!

And if your smoothing all doors apart from the drivers door i think thats also fine!

ahh i see what u mean 2 ;] that car is sexy... but he has kept both front handles ?

Ah right, well deffo shaving rears i'll figure out front as i go along

cheers mate

Dont worry about doing the fronts if you really dont want to man, that blue mk 4 is my mate Dixy's, looks really good with just the rears done!

Emergency door release button under the wing mirror is the best place.

Agree with you Poundie, its so emergency services have a way of getting into the car but would they know where to look?

If you located them under the wing mirrors, surely if you roll the car they will be fooked!

Hmmmmmm!

After all this positive talk I think i'll keep my fronts on

Ye i thought that, but as the saying goes.... 'The law is an ass' lol

Personally i would NEVER EEEEEEEEEEEEEVER get my handles smoothed again, had mine done on my 3 door, spent more time climbing in the boot to open the car cos the solonoids just werent good enough!

Another reason to keep the front door handles lol
