The earlier ones (I think) have a smaller gap between the P slots whereas the later (again, I think) have a bigger gaps. I have a couple of sets (1 being on the loon) of varied mk1/mk2 type. I think 1 or 2 is buckled though so could let 1 go spare. There all at home (sheffield) but I'm going down there this weekend so I'll take a look at what I got.

Can you measure the distance between the P's?

Easiest way to check is to look in the centre of the wheels. If it has Pirelli its and early one, if it doesn't. Its a later one
