AIR RIDE!

Edited by phillyt1988

yeah wasn't bad at trax but had voltage issues :(

i think the 10 batteries i'm trying to sort out and the 2 x 210 amp alts should i hope solve this :)

i may price up air ride on the rear only ;)

looking good! but wont the filler and fibreglass crack with the vibrations?

  • Author

the fiberglass shouldn't and hoping the filler won't but i may use some plastic filler as well, if it does crack it will be very small minor cracks but it should be fine i hope :)

was still hitting 150+db, air ride for the rear sounds like a good idea but you might aswell go all round if you're doing it! its alot cheaper than i thought tbh, get in touch with voodoo motorsport they're very competitive

to be honoust the front would probably course me loads of hassle with it eating tyres and stuff it's pretty much as low as i can go without the subframe hitting every minor bump at the front

it's just the back that would be cool to drop a few inches when parked up :)

but i did have a guy come to me telling me they may be looking for a vw to put air ride on as a demo vehicle and they may get in touch so you never know ;)

fingers crossed!
