I know they need a bit of work to go into a MK4 just wondering if its easier / harder for a MK5

Yes same seats. Floor pans are the same.

When/if you try and fit them just becarefull that you can close the door after as they are very wide seats.

Also when Poundie fitted his didn't he have to mount them really high didn't he.

Yeah I think so, and I still have to do the rears.. My other thoughts were these are electric seats.. Poundie hasnt set that up..

Would this be a case of wiring power to a control box on the seat or is there like a ECU / Loom that he doesnt have???

Dunno bout the mounting yet.. but it is poundies seats i might be buying :)

You would need to see the wiring diagram for the seat loom.
