cheers to all the above comments, I'm really quite pleased with the reaction its getting (good and bad), I think i will be giving it another coat I just couldnt resist ripping off the newspaper to take a couple of pics lol! I have some brown mk1 golf seats in the loft, so i might put the fronts in and stick some beaded seat covers on em, what do you lot think? cant wait to get the luggage on the roof!!

yes to beaded seat covers, i had some in the house from some caddy seats i used to have but i binned them a few weeks back... :(

The colour is called 'butterscotch' and the bloke in the shop said it is a well old skoda or lada colour but he couldnt remember which

To be fair i got the car for free, its a 1.0l polo, mint inside & out bar a fappin huge scrape down one side as someone has gone all the way along a wall! It was prob worth about £100 tops, thats not even a days earnings! And besides at what cost is having a laugh!

I might start a poll on this....love it or hate it, the polo taxi has certainly set your tongues wagging lol!
