i wanted a subtle Polo to mod at the time mabye black? the ex said oh why dont you buy that? its all been done etc etc and look at the colour!! i wasnt sure but i ended up buying it, chopped springs! i replaced with coliys, the awful rear difuser went and replaced with the dietrich bumper spent about £1.500 just on improvements!

Ste you have come a very long way as regards styling. I love the Mk7 and really dislike the Mk4 (personal opinion ofcourse, fair play if you like it)

Bit like Phil and his red Mk5 GTi...it was almost a fiberglass monster...then ended up coming 4th at Polo Show this year...another happy ending.

But i do appreciate some cars that were done in that time

I've not seen a mk7 yet that i think suits "euro" the flash/high class style youve got going on with yours best suits the shape i think, well either that or the cup car race look
