hey, on my car their is the original 'fox stickers on it, i was wondering if i could remove these easliy without damaging the bodywork?

Method 1

use a heat gun or hair dryer to heat up the decal. Try and do this job in the summer months, or if the weather is cold, do the job in a garage. The heat gun will soften the decal enough to peel it away from the body, but you will be left with some glue residue. Heat the decal gently, and then begin to peel it off. If you try to heat the decal while pulling it off, it will weaken the decal and cause it to tear.

method 2

Another option is to use a steam wallpaper stripper. This is probably the easier of the two methods, and the most effective too. The wallpaper stripper softens everything, and removes most of the glue at the same time.

i tried the hairdryer attack and it took bloody ages to get all the glue residue off!

sticky stuff remover spray from halfords. 4.99 but works really well. spray on, leave 5 mins n wipe off, all the sticky residue is gone :)

there will be a outlin from were the stickers been so you will have to buff the paint until that has gone
