Well, say your dad has a car, and your mum has a car. Then one of them insures your car with you as main driver - they can't drive both cars at the same time, hence they can pretty much say you are the main driver of the second car.

Or if you are at uni and take the car....again, strong evidence you are the main driver.

Not saying they can *always* prove it, but if they do find out you will be in big doodoo.

totally agree.

my dad has three cars and hes the main driver of them all and my mum has 2 and she is the main driver of them to.

but the uni idea. if someones stupid enough to do that they deserve to get caught

at 17 i paid £900 tpft on an ax gt (direct line)

at 18 i paid £1010 fully comp on a saxo vtr valued at £2800 (HSBC)

now (21) i pay £390 fully comp on my 1.4 16v 6n2. (HSBC)

got a quote with HSBC bank on a 130bhp golf gttdi, £497 fully comp :-D
