Hiya all i have for sale a mk2 polo saloon, 1991 - 1.0 5 speed box

when i bought the car it had no mot or tax - i have since got 12 months mot , 6 months tax, sailed throught the mot

the car runs beutifully never missed a beat, fantastic run around and with 5 gears makes the motorways less of a strain, i have been down to bristol in it from birmingham about 4 times never once did i have doubt.

serviced- lst week - new oil filter, oil, plugs, air filter, battery, ignition coil, dizzy cap and a recon distrinutor

a new track rod end has been fitted

obviously the car is 1991 so 17 going 18 years old, few very small patch of rust on the drivers door around a 50p size, plus a small tiny bit of rust on the sill, all cosmetic, the arches are actually mint inside, around the front a few bits n peices, but mostly its the laquer on the roof that lets it down being as it has worn away. and on the boot lid. under the front number flate that body work piece has the odd patch of rust. only cosmetic really and with a spare saturadey, sanded back primed and painted would make the car look twice as good

brilliant car, i want it to go to a good owner hopefully one that will treat it nice. have a look at some other peoples and get inspiration

one annoying thing that happened was that when it went for mot the indicator light would not flash on the clocks therfore it would fail, a quick ebay and some new clocks arrived, the rev counter type but with 158 000 on however the car has only done 128 000 engine still pulls strong

car will be sold with original steels and tyres, all got a fair few thousand left in them

The Golf is a 1.3 mate

It will be sold as standard other than the Mk4 Polo alloys it has on it, along with the original steel wheels. Pretty much immaculate.

Have you got a value of the Polo in mind? The Golf is worth somewhere between £600-700 I'd say.

hiya mate intrested in the golf, possibly we could come to a conclusion on money wise etc, i think the polo is probably worth around 500 possibly more due to the rareness unsure you got an email etc so we can talk a little better cheers man]

What part of the Birmingham area are you in? I'm from Stoke and thanks to someone who thought it better to pull onto roundabouts blind and fast I cant travel too far before the weekend but wouldnt mind a look at this.
