Stuck

Featured Replies

I just fitted my new borbets on and coming out of the drive i got stuck and could not reverse or drive back in,

had to empty out my car and then push it and it was still scraping as i pushed it out

I took the pics once i had taken alot of stuff out, and just i was about to move off.

I am currently sorting alot of little things out with the polo hence shes looking a mess,

once I am finished will get some proper pic sorted

lighten your car then, remove backseats and shit

or buy hydraulicks :p

Toit like a tiger

looks phat already :D

Are those 16x9s? They're pimp

once that has colourcoded doorstrips and bumper strips that will look phat as fuk

Looks like a promising start.

Few tweeks like flaring the arches and getting it a bit lower and colour coded strips as someone just said.

Who said 5 door ain't pimp!?

that 2nd to last pic just screams far too big... borbet as are phat but that looks a bit silly imo...

but good luck I'm sure itll look sick pulled off!

Chuck a bit of 2x4 in the gutter in front of your drive - job done.

take it your getting them colour coded? how hard was it to rip off without creasing them?

i got stuck on you are drive aswell after picking up the bcw's i cudnt do that everyday it literally was the whole of my car i broke the splitter then it scrapped all the way along the underside! hats off 2 u if u do it everyday haha

are they 9's on the back?? they look cool! get the arches done, but for now they don't look as bad as i would have thought!

there 7.5s at the frount and 9s at the back,

the side strips were ok to take of, just watch out they dont rip

I'm not sure where to get the glue to stick them back on though

Thats what I do, works everytime 8-)

Cars not even that low so shouldn't have many problems I'd imagine.

Arches and tyres are reasonably close but the chassis is no where near!

Why would you want to stick them back on?

at the moments its high, when I slam it 80/70 then the gti splitter scrapes comming up and down the drive all the time, i think its cos the slope is too much

I gota put the strips back on cos theres holes where the strips go in hence the black tape covering it up, I can fill them myself but then dont have enough dough to get the doors resprayed, it came up to about £400 to get all 4 doors resprayed.

i feel yoy pain i hate my drive

Although my cars at standard height ( :( ) I got a kerb in front of my house with some wood in front to help it get up, but the question is shouldn't the path be down to road level if there's a driveway behind it??

I think it looks sweet!

*Remembers Dave's pic of his battle with his drive when he was still on steels*

Anyone still got that?
