(All make it clear that if you don't have bad taste in car's then you must have a boring dull life)

I had this before i got my G40 and it cruised nicely at 80 and done 100 flat out, it was amazing on fuel too. it was a 1 litre with no injection and id put 25 quid to fill it up to the brim and i could do 200 miles and still have half a tank.

The garage said it was a clean example!

I also raced a 1.8 16v K series GTi metro in the G and it was a struggle to keep up! their pretty quick!

well guys you will proberly hate me for this but there is somthing i liike about them i think it myt have been playing scaletrix with my dad wen he got my the mighty metro set

so i went down to a car sales place where i had seen one before 3 months ago and had a look

as i was walking up to it I'm thinking to myself where is the rust and why is it so bloody mint just abit of moss here and there

as i got upto it i notices a little surface rust and thaught here we go thats y its parked in the corner as the body is knackered and then check the sills NO RUST arches NO RUST hmmmm

then i looked at the clocks and this is what they said

yes it does say 24,833 miles

i then rushed to ask the sales man more who said thats its genuine and that the gear box it making funny noises so he baught it back of the customer who had it in her barn for ages

so i needs a new gear box(or engine conversion) and some trim bits,and a few little bits and then it would be mint

i then asked a price expecting it to be rediculous as off the milage need he said just giv me 150quid for it

but i took theese fotos and its in amazing condition even under the bonnet is clean e.c.t onli 2 small patches of surface rust on the front wings

i think I'm going to buy it after new year tho ned to puswade my dad 1st

I did some info looking about that green metro mate (not to sure if its the right info I got) and found out that its got an Automatic gearbox and has a 1275cc engine and its an HLS model and its not been decleard sorn.

If you want all have a look if its got any parking fines on it as well

We used to have an old Metro, in fact we've had two, one of the old Austin Metros when I was tiny, and then replaced by a red Rover Metro.

The Austin metro was chocolate brown and called Chocolate Drop Got a bit of a soft spot for them because of that car

Saw a mint metallic brown one of these on pistonheads, with really wide steels, on its arse and with like 40k on the clock

yeh its a 1.3 witha auto box

tax onli ran out the otherday and its onli been there for a few months so its proberly been sent to the old owners house

A lad I was at college with had one just like that, it was brilliant.

Even I as a fiat panda driver was able to take the piss out of him for it.
