had a little read about it online, because i have an immobilizer and was worried if it would confuse things. I can still do it if i still use the key. Its what i want anyways so thats no problem.

I think i might have to use a relay to take stress of components in the circuit i have heard. I also need to use the ignition wire and 12v/ACC wire???

i really need a hand if anyone can gimme their 2p

I use to have a richbrook start button on and old car of mine.

If i remember correctly, the key had to be in an the ignition switched onso get round imobiliser etc, and the pushing of the push button was the same as flicking the key on tho the stage 3 of the barrel to start the engine (then it flicks back to stage 2 where the ignitions on)

Wire wise there was the earth to relay, temp live which came off ignition and went to switch (push to make), and then off to a relay (i believe), bit of funky wiring which all went to the starter motor soleniod.

If I was you, see if you can get the wiring diagram from some one whos already developed it and away you go. Either that of buy one.

Hope that helps,

Chris
