All very nice, one question though, wheres the washer resivoir for the screen wash as compared to my 8v, yours is missing? (if that makes sense?)

ahh mine is just hidden...it still on the car and fully functional... Craig cheated and just ditched his one! lol ...got it out a scrappy... VW but not sure what car... its behind my front bumper

expansion tank was from ebay.. £50.. seen em on there pretty often although for £100 usually

I know that my washer bottle is Gone, but I've known a way of making it work for a while i just havnt got round to it yet,

( after nearly a year i still havnt got rounf to it )

I've now sold it tho (dooohhhhhhh)

and a better one witha few more shiney bits carnt rearlly make them out tho as it far away

and a closer one does do it justtice tho it was alot nycer that the picture

Any body fitted a strut brace or strut top covers to a 6N???

i have a strut not bolted in yet but i will get pics tmozo for you mate.. i will have to clean the bay though to make it presentable.. time ot clean the whole underisde and car aswell then

here's my old valver one, just a little clean and a polish does wonders! All standard, i had a volkswagon motorsport chromed battery cover, luked well smart when on...

I'm not too sure but it looks like custom bent pipe to me... Theres a place about 20mins from me that fabricates any bent pipe in aluminium in different diameters for feck all euros.... You just bend a piece of wire to the shape you want exactly and bring it to them. Id imagine its a similar situation for the 16V boyos...

you just get a pipe bender to fabricate 1 then get it polished or chromed

deamon tweeks sell differant bore polished and chromed tubing near the samco and sfs hosing section

the heat shield took fookin ages, i didnt have much time in the summer cus i was always working, so inbetween shifts i would do it, the engin and heat shield were always hot from the drives to work.. iv still got the scars!!! well worth it tho...

yes it is EXTREMELY FILTHY (its not usually like this )and you can see the washer hoses going down the wing in these pics as I've hasd to revert back to std washer bottle as my mini one was in the hole for the filter that i didnt have in mine

1 thing with my strut is that you wil have to move the header tank but I'm sure i can relocate it somewhere :-)

wish it was mine

got it from ed38 on a stall 30quid i had to adapt it and cut the plastic box ontop about then mounted it to the chassis with a custom bracket so it sat flush with the battery edge took abit of time but worth it fo shoo

chrome rocker looks the fucking business.

started tidying mine up a bit

did the heatshield today, may well redo it if I get a chance, could do with some more tools for the dremel or power drill

Jus a quick question, and sorry to hijack, but I've got amk5 16v, if i took off my engine cover will mine look lik this underneath? Obviously not as shiny, but would it look the same? might take it off and get scrubbing :)
