I've removed the door cards from my 6n but how do i remove the foam bit underneath without tearing it? :lol:

I'm fitting a central locking kit and need to get underneath it.

yeah will be for some soundproofing but if its anything like my breadvan and the golf it is used to keep water out as well. A certain amount of water goes down into the door and this will keep it out so its important to refit it proper.

I think its called a diaphragm, just replaced my drivers door, used it without the diaphragm for a bit, wasn't safe to drive with all the condensation!
