Looking for a set of 15s for the Golf, and some Azev As have popped up. I'm crap at Photoshop, but here is my attempt.

If I can get the cash, I'm going for them anyway  but I'm just wanting to see what people think.

Yes, it's dirty, and yes, it needs lowering.

I think Azevs are ok. They are a little different on a Mk2 Golf, deviating away from the BBS RM/RS norm.

Get it done.

look smart as!!

Cheers lads, that's what I was thinking.

Just need to get the cash now, buy them, put some tyres on them and -60mm!

EDIT: If anyone wants to have a go at lowering the car about 60mm in that pic, feel free :unibrow:

Too clean cut and modern in my opinion. 80's VW's need something with some amount of design complexity to them, which is why BBS's work so well IMO.

'Tallica!

I love that golf, it looks sweet! Do it!

Would look nice slammed...

Dan..

I remember seeing an old edition of PVW 98 I think, Grey Mk2 with Azev's all the way to the floor. I think it looks wicked.

Yeah I know what you mean, I still like them though :D

TBH I'd love some RS' but there is no way in hell I am paying that much for a set of wheels!

Sounds nice, cheers!

Love Azevs!!! go for it mate

Azev A's on Mk2 Golf's are sweet! 7.5x16's would be better though.

Maybe, but I'm not up for running on 40 or 35 profiles

I say yes, but then I'm biased as I had them on my Genesis(still got the wheels mind)

They are one of the few wheels that can actually pull off black centres on a red car. Theres a red mk2 rocco in wakefield with these on, and they look simple but cool. Do it.. 90's look ftw!

I personally don't like Azev A's, you see them too much on Vectras nowadays

Heres my mates GTi:

I think they look awesome.

too flat faced and simple, borbets pull it off cos of the dish but Azevs are too flat imo,.

I think they suit the skip like shape of the mk2, theres a green mk2 around that has some, looks mint, i`ll try and find a pic 8-)

It was the one at vw festival 06 with the dent in the door and a smily like this :-( over the dent, if anyone saw it? took pictures? ;)

do it you slagggg.

More pics would be ace, from different angles if possible.

Will probably end up chucking the GTI trim kit I've got onto it!

do it you slagggg.

Indeed. They aren't going on without it being lowered though!

get some coilovers then slagggg.

How much should I pay for second hand FK AKs?

Skip like

They are  look side on the mk2, and from the slope of the rear windscreen up to the slope of the front winscreen and picture a skip upside down
