seem to be getting quite a bit of extras for the cash...nicely modded for a mk4...similar to how i would do it IF i ever oned one :)

Is that a 1.8T or a plain 1.8. I thought the GTis only came in 2.0 as N/A

there was a 1.8 n/a too. i dont know much about mk4 gti's but if was looking for one it wouldnt raise any alarm bells :-)

that would be an anneversry model no? I meet a guy once over a lack of blockbusters members card in return for letting him rent his dvd's on my card he took me for a spin in teh GTI, went ok for a 1.8T had the blue dials and leather interior was black also.

soundz a good price.. m8 hasa 2000 plate 1.8 gti with 95,000 on the clock. valued at £4250.. paid £3k.

looks awesome got loads of nice bits with it too! looks like it could be a fairly quick one as i spy an intercooler, filter and a few other bits...

They are nice to drive those golfs. I didn't really like them before I drove my mates, go quick aswell

and gota agree with phillyt, does look like its got a few good tasty mods.

EDIT: Just remembered my mate said he paid £3k for his but its paint work isn't the best and has quite a few scratches on the glass. He also needed to do an engine rebuilt cos it blew up lol

good price for a 1.8T!!

Standard they are slow and wallowy, comfy to drive though.

Get a bigger turbo, injectors and a remap then youre talking.

Looks tidy though!

4.5k isnt bad, my mate paid 3.5k for a simlilar one, mileage basically exactly the same but had standard wheels not those.

when it came around to sell it it looked as if the turbo was on its way out.

Bear that in mind with a car with that mileage especially if it has been driven well.

But tidy car, has lots of potential and will do you well.
