feeler: metalic blue mk3 92 gt

Featured Replies

right I'm planning on doing a g40 ko3 and just wondered how much i will get for my baby. she is totaly standard full vw history apart from head gasket and clutch, but has been fitted the former head mechanic at tsr (graham schott for those familiar with tsr) when tim styles owned it. I'm struggalin to get photos up I'm sure their are some in the polo show and its not the one with the 15s. I've put late spec seets in because i was going to re-furb th originals.

now a few vitals

76,000 from new

full vw history

will have 12 mounths mot and 6 tax

recent new back box, head gasket, clutch, altinator (had the mk 3 oil leak)

only 3 minor trolly dings

old lady owner before me

i will say id rather someone buy her to make her 100% mint rather than rip her to pices because their are so few polos in this con (thats why I'm planning on selling rather than converting) but if you got the right number of dollers she could be yours. ill tru and get some pics up soon but dont have acess to inter-web all the time but i will put them up and reply

thanks for looking

Jas

TOTALY STANDARD AND ORIGINAL

thinking on around a £1000-1200. when i sell it will have a full service (plugs, filters ect) but i will inc all in the price.

NOTE this is a tidy motor and not some crap all polo owners would be proud

Little pricey mate, saw one on here not too long ago go for £900 with only 38000 miles and completely mint and standard. Dont think it's worth much more than 750-800

their off their idiot thats a bargin. iv been offered 1050 by one mate and another is looking at his accounts so she will be at least what I've been offered

Then not being funny but you're mate is a mug

Starting to get on my nerves everyone over-valuing their cars

thats priced right i think tbh

Think the other one was a little under priced

you seem a bit of a ASS not being funny. you ask people for a price for their pride and joy and then you think its over priced. if everyone is over priced then your a cheepskate. so you might want to get your self a fiesta bit more in your price range

right price for a minter, mine cost 1000, its mint, get what you pay for

That 38,000 mile one went for more than £900 if i remember!

There's no need for that, everyone is entitled to their opinion. Just cos it's YOUR pride and joy doesn't mean it's fairly priced. However throwing personal insults around shows that it's actually you that is the arse, good luck selling anything with an attitude like that

If someone were offering me £1050 for a GT, I'd bite their hand off as soon as possible.

I'd consider top price for a GT to be about a thou for a near-perfect one, but I (and probably most people on here) would never pay that for one, I'd probably find a nice tidy MR2.

nice tidy mr2 for a grand??

nice tidy mr2 for a grand??

yep, mate picked up a mk2 mr2 gti for a grand, lovely car.

i'd say its worth around a grand easy

id say a grand is about what you would get for a totally standard mint GT..

well put it this way, if u wanted to sell it on here anyway

mate really interested in this motor when are you ready to part

nice tidy mr2 for a grand??

nobody cares about jap shit

nice tidy mr2 for a grand??

Have a look on the trader.

If there's bargains to be had involving a car that doesn't break. I care. When I bought my Toyota, there was nothing around for anything like the money that would do the job that it has. I've had it the best part of 2 years, done more miles in them than most people will do in 5 years, and all I've ever given it is petrol, oil, brakes and tyres.

Without a doubt, my Toyota's the best £500 I've ever spent. Yeah, I wish it was a VAG, I've nearly chopped it in for an Audi more than once just for the badge, but for what it is and what it's ever cost, I can't fault it.

I'd buy a Toyota/Lexus as soon as I'd buy a VAG.
