calling high power g drivers

Featured Replies

alright guys.

My fuel tank has given up the ghost and I'm getting a race tank built.

I was thinking of uprating the fuel pump to go with it.

I'm just trying to find out whether it is necessary to do so.

I'm thinking it wouldn't be a bad idea.

I'm running a cup car engine with a customs eaton setup.

its running 22psi of boost, has all necessary bits like cam 4 branch decat system match ported head and inlet.310cc injectors.

I'd rather a uprated pump running 60% than standard running 90% if you know what I mean.

what are you guys running?

The guy i know of running a similar setup is using a £120 pump.

there must be something cheaper that will have a decent flow rate.

cheers

Chris

Sounds like a good idea. I've heard of people using a cosworth fuel pump in the past, might be worth looking into?

I'm sure you can fabricate a golf fuel pump in there. Not sure what type the 20vT are though, would have thought they'd be adequate.
