seen these wheels on a trike and noticed they were ronals, with some mighty dish :p

Not with that cylinder arrangement or brakes. Pretty sure it's a Kwaka of some sort.

also i think the buel's exhaust exit under the bike?

Dunno, but it ain't no V-twin hence it not being a Buell...

Dunno what it is actually, the exhaust is far to small to be a Ninja looking back at it.
