am looking to do a major rebuild on my 3F in the summer in order to hit my target figure of 100bhp.

The price of pistons and rings for a 3F will scare you - so badly I put off rebuilding my spare one until a later date

no just the basics like seating big end bearings and putting the lot together.

nothing to big, am looking to do big end bearings, maybe dremel off the cast markings from the crank, new head gasket, DannyLee's doing my head for me.

stick up anything you may think will be of use.
