good to see it back on the road, I've always liked this car. I was very tempted to buy it when it was on ebay before greg bought it!

probably needs a bit more work now than it did then could do with some paint on a few bits now but its not meant to be a show car I'm building my 6n g40 for that

shes all taxed now insurance turned up this morning so i can acctually use.

few updates in the next few days

luke

nice m8 looks good!

The future is bright the future is red. Well for me anyway. Loving the redness at the moment and that picture tops it. I thought all red bumpers on mk3 looked a bit fiesta XR2aiii but i think with the right wheels that could be a show winner.

Gregg's gonna be gutted, but happy at the same time 8-)

Good to see it in enthusiastic hands

:crybaby: That's my old car :crybaby:

You are right steve, gutted i don't own the car anymore but well happy it's gone to a good lad. I have got my hands full what with my GT'd bike carb'd mk1 and my mk2 turbo breadvan so i had no time for the Lreg and i knew luke had a mk3 with a knackered chassis leg so i offered it to him as i knew it was going to a good home.

It looks really good luke  I'm really wishing i hadn't given you those mirrors now, they look the bollocks (in my opinion).

The suspension consists of supersport -60mm kit on the front and cup car springs (roughly -40mm) and cup car sachs shocks on the rear, not an H&R kit as luke first thought.

As luke has said, the mattigs will be going on my Mk1 when i get them back, i doubt i'll ever part with them!

Glad to see this car back on the road, I remember the drive to pick it up when Gregg bought it well, seems an age ago now.

Steve is a top guy, he bought my GT up from his place for pennies!

I'd change the colour of the mirrors to break up the red a little if it were my car lol
